Palisades Reservoir, Dam, and Powerplant (PAL)
Palisades Dam is located on the Snake River about 55 miles southeast of Idaho Falls, Idaho. It is a large zoned earthfill structure and was constructed from 1951 to 1957. Palisades Powerplant serves large irrigation pumping power requirements on and near the Minidoka Project in southern Idaho.
